The Platform provides automated Kundli generation and analysis based entirely on the specific information supplied by the individual user. The user assumes sole responsibility for ensuring the absolute correctness of all submitted particulars, including name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth.
To be eligible to access the Platform independently, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law. All information you provide during any interaction with the platform must be true, complete, and accurate. Users under 18 are permitted to use the Platform only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
To access certain platform features, users may be required to create a formal user account. By creating an account, you agree to provide completely accurate information, maintain the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, and accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Any unused credits automatically expire at the end of their designated validity period, and expired credits are entirely non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the underlying transaction, and approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Eligible refund cases are limited to technical failures that completely prevent service delivery, duplicate payments, incorrect debits due to system errors, or services purchased but never delivered. No refunds will be granted after an AI chat has commenced, after a Kundli report has been generated, or due to a user's dissatisfaction with predictions or disagreement with interpretations. Refunds are also barred if the user supplied incorrect birth details or simply changed their mind after service delivery.
Users explicitly acknowledge and agree that platform responses are generated, in whole or in part, by artificial intelligence technologies and automated models. These automated outputs may contain inaccuracies, limitations, omissions, or interpretations that differ significantly from traditional astrological opinions. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, future outcomes, or predictive success of AI-generated content, meaning any reliance on Such content is solely at the user's own risk.
The services provided through Karmyog Advisers are intended solely for informational, spiritual, educational, and entertainment purposes. The automated content does not constitute medical, legal, financial, investment, mental health, or professional counselling advice. Users must always consult appropriately qualified professionals before making any important life, health, or financial decisions.
The Company gives no guarantees regarding future events, personal outcomes, financial success, relationship outcomes, health outcomes, or career outcomes. Astrology is inherently interpretive, and real-world outcomes vary. Errors arising from incorrect information submitted by the user will result in inaccurate reports, for which the platform bears no responsibility.
By utilizing this Platform, you provide your explicit consent for the collection, processing, storage, and use of all information submitted by you. Collected information is used for service delivery, Kundli generation, customer support, legal compliance, and fraud prevention. The Company implements reasonable security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute data security.
Your use of the services implies direct consent for your submitted queries and data inputs to be processed by artificial intelligence models to generate real-time automated text, predictions, and chat feedback.
All content visible on the Website—including logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, generated reports, specialized software, databases, and text content—remains the exclusive property of Karmyog Advisers OPC Private Limited.
