The pricing of each service is displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Prices may vary depending upon the nature of the service, complexity of the analysis, duration of usage, promotional offers, subscription plans, wallet credits, and other factors determined by the Company from time to time. All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Certain services may be availed through the Karmyog Wallet. Users may purchase wallet credits through approved payment methods made available on the Platform. The applicable charges for AI chat services, Kundli generation, reports, subscriptions, or other digital services shall be deducted from the available wallet balance or charged directly through the selected payment method. Wallet credits do not constitute legal tender, stored value, or a bank deposit. Wallet credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
Certain services may be offered on a subscription basis. The applicable subscription period, pricing, features, renewal terms, and validity period shall be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Subscription plans may vary in duration and may include monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, or other promotional plans as determined by the Company. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are valid only for the period specified at the time of purchase and do not automatically extend beyond such period unless renewed by the user.
All applicable taxes, duties, levies, government charges, payment gateway charges, banking fees, or similar charges shall be borne by the user. The final payable amount shall be displayed prior to completion of the transaction.
